Since then I have always returned for my oil changes and any service and they have been amazing. Fast forward 4+years and I stayed in communication with Tracey and was finally able to close a deal on a new Malibu. Tracy has always been very friendly and helpful and stay connected until I had my finances together to get my dream car. Kevin although no longer does the finances is now the sales manager and he was also absolutely amazing to find my dream car and to make this deal happen. It was never a dual moment with her and she didn’t push anything on me like car salesmen usually do! She even drove me in the car I was looking at cause I had come all the way from Athens Ohio and I had stopped at another car lot to test drive a car, well I wasn’t fully satisfied with it so I went to look at the one at Dave gill where I met Tracey. I noticed I didn’t have my ID and I just had it at the other car lot cause I test drove a car their, so I called the lot that I was previously at and they said they didn’t have my ID, which is funny cause I never went anywhere else to have lost it! So Tracey Shoferd me around and to see how the car drove and told me everything about it!! If you ever go to Dave Gill to buy a car ask for her cause you will have the best buying car experience ever! More
