TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. From the first time I walked into the dealership, not a single person got up from their desk to ask if I needed help. Once I found someone to help me From the first time I walked into the dealership, not a single person got up from their desk to ask if I needed help. Once I found someone to help me look at a car I found on their website and test drive it, I decided to purchase it. I gave the dealership 4 days' notice of when I would be picking it up and confirmed with them. On pick-up day, the car was still dirty from the previous owner. No wipe down inside, no vacuum, and there were old food crumbs in the middle console. They also lied to me about the tires, telling me they were a 6-7, and when I found old paperwork from the previous owner, they were rated at 4-5. They also did not put the license plate holder on the front of the car, and told me that I'd have to put it on and purchase it. Every time after that, when I tried to call the dealership, they never answered my call and never called me back after leaving a voicemail. This whole process was very frustrating. I will never recommend this place or going there for service again. More
