Covert Cadillac Bee Cave responded

Jose, we have responded to each of your text messages and disagree with the suggestion that your concerns have been ignored. During the purchase, several options were clearly presented: the vehicle could be sold for $15,500 or $16,000 out the door with specific items addressed, or for the reduced price of $15,000 out the door in its current, as-is condition. You chose the $15,000 as-is option. The vehicle passed all required inspections before it was sold, so we reject the claim that we knowingly sold an unsafe vehicle. Although the agreed purchase terms do not include free post-sale repairs, we offered a discounted service rate if you bring the vehicle back so the items you identified can be evaluated and addressed. We are also prepared to publicly share the vehicle inspection and our communications with you, where legally appropriate, to provide a complete and accurate account of what occurred.
