My truck was finished by the service department in less time than promised so that was good. When I leased my truck they convinced me to buy the special Shottenkirk extra warranty and promised me to ta time than promised so that was good. I was informed by new management yesterday that they cannot honor those promises from people who no longer work there. The dealer manager did agree to give me one more service and tire rotation for free so that’s why I left my review at 4 stars More
