I had a great experience at DCH Nissan, Freehold. It started with email and phone follow up from Mark Abitablio and Travis Dunst. When i arrived at the dealership, i was greeted by both and then worke started with email and phone follow up from Mark Abitablio and Travis Dunst. When i arrived at the dealership, i was greeted by both and then worked with Travis. He was knowledgeable, patient, low key and courteous. I felt like I was treated fairly by Travis as he explained the options I had for leasing and buying. In the end I chose to lease and feel good about my decision. As well, Finance manager Sal Taner was easy to deal with and very accomodating. I would highly recommend this dealership and these employees. In 30 years of purchasing vehicles, this is the best experience I have had. More

I CALLED DCH NISSAN INQUIRING ABOUT THE NISSAN SENTRA AND WAS TRANSFERED TO TRAVIS DUNST. FROM THE MOMENT HE ANSWERED MY CALL I FELT COMFORTABLE. MR DUNST WAS EXTREMELY PATIENT AND VERY INFORMATIVE. HE GAM WAS TRANSFERED TO TRAVIS DUNST. FROM THE MOMENT HE ANSWERED MY CALL I FELT COMFORTABLE. MR DUNST WAS EXTREMELY PATIENT AND VERY INFORMATIVE. HE GAME ME COMPARISONS NOT ONLY WITH THE DIFFERENT VEHICLES NISSAN OFFERED, BUT WITH OTHER MAKES AND MODELS AS WELL. TRAVIS EXPLAINED AND ILLUSTRATED ALL THE FUNCTIONS IN THE VEHICLE. My husband and I had been considering a crossover for a while and have been researching options. We decided to test drive the Murano. I checked dealer inventories since we were interested in certain finishes and options. I came across one that fit what we were looking for and requested an online price. The price piqued our interest and I arranged an appointment with a sales person, Travis Dunst. As background, we had purchased 2 certified preowned Nissan Altimas at Bay Ridge Nissan, Brooklyn, NY in 2008 and had a very unpleasant experience. When we went to pick up the cars, we were assailed with considerable fees that we had no idea about up to that point. In retrospect, we should have left and cancelled the deals but we did not and left with a very bad taste in our mouths. Our experience over this past weekend at DCH Freehold Nissan was just the opposite. Travis was a delight to deal with. He was up front with the various costs and worked with us fairly to come to a mutually agreeable deal. He spent as much time as we needed to test drive the car and also to explain all of the bells and whistles to us. We had time issues and had to return the following day to pick up the car and, again, he spent as much time as we needed to go through everything so we were quite comfortable when we finally left the lot. I would definitely recommend both Travis and this dealership and would certainly return to them for any vehicle needs. I have confidence that our experience with their Service Department will be just as positive. More

I came in to Freehold Nissan looking for the Leaf EV. I had previously spoken with Travis Dunst and had been shopping around at other Nissan dealers. I had just left another Nissan dealer ( who shall remai had previously spoken with Travis Dunst and had been shopping around at other Nissan dealers. I had just left another Nissan dealer ( who shall remain nameless) and walked out the door after they rejected my very fair offer. I then drove to Freehold Nissan and spoke with Travis. He had everything clearly written (all the lease details) and it was all very detailed. It was an interesting day because after I had sat down with Travis, the other dealer called and accepted my offer. Even though the offer at the other dealer was lower (although for a lower trim line), I chose to deal with Travis because of this: 1. Travis was exceptional, professional, and very helpful in explaining all the details. 2. Freehold Nissan did not play games like the other dealer 3. There were no "hidden fees". Everything was clearly spelled out. I also worked with Sal Taner and he was very friendly and professional as well. Overall, it was a stress free process. Wish I would've gone to Freehold Nissan first. More

We drove over an hour to the dealership because of an Internet ad for the "sign and drive" sale and a $179/mo lease on a Nissan Rogue S. We were upsold to a Rogue SV with Premium Package, but got nearly Internet ad for the "sign and drive" sale and a $179/mo lease on a Nissan Rogue S. We were upsold to a Rogue SV with Premium Package, but got nearly twice as much as expecting for our trade-in (which we still had a few payments on *and* had some minor damage), so our payments are still incredibly low. Most of the cars in the small SUV space are the same, so our decision was nearly 100% based on the deal we could get, and DCH Freehold Nissan gave us a great deal. We originally sent them an email after seeing the Internet ad, and Travis called us back in just a few minutes, and walked us through what was available and what we could expect. When we got there, they were busy, and he referred us to Marc, who was cheerful, helpful, and knew everything about the car. The day was long, of course. It we were there for nearly 4.5 hours, but they fed us and kept us in the loop about where we were in the trade-in/detailing/financing/delivery process. We had been loyal Honda customers for our last 5 cars (3 from DCH Honda Paramus, another solid dealership), but were genuinely impressed with the Nissan, the dealership, and the sales and financing staff. I expect that we'll make the drive to Freehold again when the lease on our Honda Accord is up next year. More
