However, the interior detailing that was assured to me was not completed. Despite multiple follow-ups with my sales rep, I never received a response once it was clear the car hadn't been cleaned. I ended up paying $150 for a professional cleaning, which was disappointing given my investment. I felt frustrated and let down by the lack of follow-up after what had otherwise been a great experience. I believe in honest communication and high standards of customer service, and I hope this feedback will prompt improvements in ensuring that all promised services are fulfilled.
