Thankfully, my experience was the exact opposite. Travis was outstanding from start to finish. He treated me with respect, listened carefully to what I wanted, and never once made me feel pressured. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explain vehicle features, and help me find the right car for my needs and budget. I always felt like he was working with me rather than trying to sell me something. The finance process was equally impressive. The finance manager made everything easy to understand and took the time to clearly explain the financing agreement, warranty options, and paperwork.
