He has gone out of his way to provide a real genuine service. He and the dealership treated us fairly. We know we received a good deal. Toby Forrester, sales manager, is exceptional. He went out of his way to find our 2018 Continental. My specifications were very specific including it had to be a newly built 2018 and a December 2018 buy. He accomplished that and more. All employees including David and Jay in service are conscientious and take their time for explanations. We are telling everyone that and more. And we LOVE our Continental. More

They welcome you as a friend and are always very helpful and very knowledgeable about all their vehicles. We always work with Travis Mummert and the only rating we can give him would be an A++. Travis is always ready to explain everything you need to know about the new vehicle. He cares about giving you as much time as you need to fully understand everything about the car. He has brought cars to our home for us to test drive in order to keep us from making a trip to Forresters. He has made special trips to our home to help putting the garage door in sync with our new car. We appreciate the time Travis takes to find the best deal for us. He’s extremely knowledgeable about special deals and rebates that apply to the car we’re purchasing. Travis doesn’t stop contacting us after the car is purchased. We know he will call us periodically to see how the car is working, if we’re happy with it and if we have any questions that he can help us with. We never consider buying a car other than a Lincoln because of its performance and comfort, but even more importantly, we have developed a loyalty to Forresters. Good price on car, But. When we test drove a used car for my son it had to be jump started. Car was a good car so we decided to buy it. I told Travis I wanted a new battery When we test drove a used car for my son it had to be jump started. Car was a good car so we decided to buy it. I told Travis I wanted a new battery, he refused to replace it saying "it's normal to have to jump start a car that has been sitting" I know this not true, as I have been a heavy equipment technician for almost 20 years and have never encountered this. I let it go since it had a 30 day warranty. My son drove to his girlfriends which is an hour and a half away for the holiday and went to start his car the next morning and guess what, dead battery. Luckily I had sent a jump box with him. I called dealership and they told me to bring it in and they would be happy to replace battery. I am not happy that Travis wouldn't take care of me the day we were there, wouldn't even take the time that day to load test the battery. Now we have to take car in on a day of planned family activities to have battery replaced since my son leaves for college the next day. I was also tired of hearing about all the different warranties this dealership tries to sell you with their used cars, they have a warranty for everything, even after you say no you still have to listen to how great the warranty is. Where I'm from no means no. I went to Forrester because they had the used car we were looking for at a good price, but my normal dealer never tries to sell me all these extras, so this really annoyed me. Likely my last experience at Forresters. More
