Special Accommodation Provided by Dealership. After seeing on my computer an automobile at Forrester Lincoln Dealership of Chambersburg, Pa. I wanted to consider buying it. I spoke over the phone After seeing on my computer an automobile at Forrester Lincoln Dealership of Chambersburg, Pa. I wanted to consider buying it. I spoke over the phone with Travis Mummert and asked if he could pull the car 'off ' the line until I could get to the dealership. I live over 370 miles away (Massachusetts), and he made an accommodation for me by doing just that and without any form of guarantee (credit card) request. He trusted me without having met me, that even tho it would be near closing time, he would be there, and so would I. (we did make it but only by non stop driving for over 8 hours). The following day Travis made another accommodation. I asked to have the car put on a garage lift so I could check the condition of the underside. Travis mentioned he'd not been asked that request that he could remember, but would see if he could arrange something for me. He indeed did that also, even tho someone's work schedule was changed or delayed some. The final accommodation was a request to have alterations made to the appearance of the car; (attaching some chrome parts to both sides of the car), and he made arrangements for those changes, so when I returned in two weeks to pick it up, everything was done, and that completed vehicle was right out front and looked "all spit and polish" "Post Script"- After receiving by mail the signed (former owner) title, there was a problem that Bill Mull rectified for me over the phone with me, and fax machine to the Registry of Motor Vehicles of The Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
