Best Customer Service I was in the market for a car with a lot of bells and whistles. Travis Mummert had sold us a used Aviator in the past and was so attentive to my need I was in the market for a car with a lot of bells and whistles. Travis Mummert had sold us a used Aviator in the past and was so attentive to my needs that when another nearly new vehicle (MKZ Hybrid) came in, he just knew it was for me! It had more than a lot of bells and whistles, it was amazing. He is very attentive to your needs but not at all pushy! Stop in and talk to him if you are ever in the market for a new or used car and let him know your needs. He will keep his eyes open for the vehicle for you and notify you as soon as he feels something matches what you want. You will not be disappointed. And I must give a shout out to Bill Mull as well. If I ever stopped in for another look at the vehicle or had any questions and Travis was not available, Bill was always happy to answer any questions or demonstrate anything for me as well. They are like family there and treat you as part of their family! More

We were so pleased that we then purchased a second, used vehicle, a Ford Escape to replace another second car we had. There was none of the back and forth on prices and trade values that we have been used to in the recent past with other dealers. We felt confident that we were getting a good value on our purchase and trade. The only down side to this purchase was the number of "add ons" recommended by the dealer. We are pleased to do business with this established dealership. We had the feeling that they would "take care of us" in our service, warranty issues etc. Travis did a good job of getting us started on understanding all the technology in our new car and offered to help us with anything that we did not understand. We did not buy a Lincoln but we felt they treated us as if we had. More

All we had to drive was my "baby" a 1987 hatchback. One does not exactly exude money and influence when you pull up in that hatchback as was evident how we were treated at other dealerships. One of our church members recommended Forrester Lincoln. We walked in not knowing what exactly we wanted and test drove various vehicles. New ones, gently used ones. I have never seen so many great looking used cars in my life on one lot! I felt like Goldie Locks, this one too hard, that one too soft...ahhh that is perfect! We are happy with our purchase. We are pleased with how knowledgeable Travis was with the many cars we test drove. We are pleased there was no pressure one way or the other.
