With a few key questions answered he took us downstairs to the show floor filled with beautiful options. He shared the ones that fit what we wanted and teased us with a couple of other things. Within minutes we had our Macan. Then it was upstairs where he put the deal together and we checked out with rick handling all the signing. Travis in the meantime was prepping the car and we met him in the delivery lounge where he went over all the finer points. We drove away in under two hours. It was the easiest, most enjoyable auto purchase we've ever experienced. Well done on all levels. More

Travis was very accommodating and patient as I was concerned with negotiating a deal remotely (I live in central Florida). He even took the car to the local Chevrolet dealership so they could perform a pre-purchase inspection. When I arrived to complete the sale and pick up the vehicle, I was very pleased with the overall condition of the car and detailing performed, and was in and out of the finance office and dealership in roughly 1 hour.
