He was very helpful and easy to work by trading in my vehicle and purchasing the Fusion. He knew that I wanted to get everything done in one day and sped the process along every chance he could. Never pushy which I appreciated. I hopefully highly recommend Mike and Ben Davis Ford! More

Misdiagnosed problem then refused to honor warranty Before the 6 year 60,000 mile Factory powertrain warranty was up our 2013 Ford Fusion developed a noisy rear wheel bearing. At first when we called a Before the 6 year 60,000 mile Factory powertrain warranty was up our 2013 Ford Fusion developed a noisy rear wheel bearing. At first when we called about it they tried to avoid replacing it by saying it wasn’t covered under the powertrain warranty. After showing them where it specifically said wheel bearings were covered in the warranty they agreed to look at it. After looking at the car they claimed the noise was from our tires and charged us $89.95 for the diagnosis. I don’t believe they did any work to prove this but merely did a visual inspection. At the time I was skeptical, but I had no way to disprove their theory on the spot. I thought I’ll jump through the hoops and show it isn’t the tires and they will eventually repair it under warranty as I made the original complaint before the warranty was up. After replacing the tires with no change to the noise I returned the car to the dealership expecting them to replace the still noisy wheel bearing. I was shocked when they stuck to their original claim the original problem was still the tires and that it now over the couple of weeks while I was doing their diagnosis work for them it had magically developed a new bearing noise that sounded exactly like what they claimed to be tire noise previously. As the car was now slightly over 60,000 miles they refused to replace it under warranty but did give me a quote for $361.83 to replace the noisy wheel bearing. At this point I thought surely Ford will stand behind their warranty and make sure this gets taken care. My attorney and myself have repeatedly tried to work through the Ford customer service to get them to assist me. All they would do is refer me back to the Ben Davis which had already refused to admit their mistake or correct the problem. When the bearing was replaced elsewhere the noise was instantly gone. Update - In case anyone ever reads this far. Eventually (after a couple of months) Ford Motor Company did respond and referred it to law office that handles their warranty disputes. They settled with us for an amount that more than if they had just repaired it as they should have in the first place. More

Efficient and Friendly I knew what I wanted and called several dealers and visited a few also. I was most impressed by Nick at Ben Davis Ford. He doesn't mess around. He got I knew what I wanted and called several dealers and visited a few also. I was most impressed by Nick at Ben Davis Ford. He doesn't mess around. He got right on it and found my perfect 2017 Escape-had it there the next day. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly. Nick made the buying experience easy and pleasant. Afterward, he showed me all the features of my car and we had fun doing it. He is very knowledgeable about the product he sells, unlike other salesmen I had spoken to. I liked him because he doesn't have that "irritating sales rap" that makes one want to scream. He's just a regular, likable guy who's good at what he does! More
