

I started my automotive career at a Nissan Dealer at 18 years old, in 1988. When I left there I took a job closer to home in Norman, at Big Red Imports. I left there in December of 1990 and have been with Benchmark Motors/Mercedes-Benz of OKC since. This December will be 31 years at this wonderful dealership. In my off time I still play hockey and try to play as much golf as I can. Married with 5 kids between my wife and I, with 5 grand kids.

Twice my radio antenna broken by car wash Took my 600SL in for a oil change. Upon pick up, Advisor said the radio antenna got bent and broken in the car wash. Said a new mast was ordered. Afte Took my 600SL in for a oil change. Upon pick up, Advisor said the radio antenna got bent and broken in the car wash. Said a new mast was ordered. After 10 days of not hearing the part had arrived, was told it was coming from Germany and would take much longer. After 3 weeks I called again. Was told part was in, but could not be found. However, another mast could be had the next day. So much for the part coming from Germany. Car wash also broke the antenna on my 300 SDL a couple years earlier. More

He is very thorough and informative and willing to go the extra mile to help you make the best decisions when servicing your vehicle. I appreciate him always greeting me when I pull up and taking care of whatever my issue may be. And lastly its mostly general maintenance and car detailing as my car never breaks down or has issues.
