Damon was an amazing resource in finding the right car for our family. He got us into a car that we wanted to look at within 15 minutes of walking in and he was very knowledgeable with all the options we were looking at. He was very professional and also very personable while we were waiting for the financing to be completed, I was never bored or felt awkward waiting. All of the sales people were very friendly and talked to us in passing. Trent in financing was also great to work with and really tried to get me the best financing. Will definitely look here again when we need our next vehicle! More

Chad Fischer was an amazing car salesman. It’s pretty easy for me to walk away when I am about to spend a lot of money, as it is for many people.. and when a salesperson is pushy and seems li It’s pretty easy for me to walk away when I am about to spend a lot of money, as it is for many people.. and when a salesperson is pushy and seems like they are full of bologna just to make a sale, I become very uneasy. Chad was very obviously HONEST. He was NOT pushy at all. He wasn’t just telling me what I wanted to hear. He made me feel confident in what he was selling me by being genuine. His kindness and wit were just bonuses. The first finance man I was dealing with was incredibly rude. “Trent Filley.” He made it obvious that he was irritated that I thought I could get a better APR, and laughed at me and told me I would “never get a car payment close to $400” and slapped his hands down on the table as I kindly declined what he was able to offer me. I did end up getting an APR almost 2 full percentages below his. And a car payment BELOW $400 with the money down I had originally decided on. He also did not want to tell me anything about lower tier warranty packages. He basically just treated me like I was stupid and was taken aback that I wasn’t just going along with everything he said. Honestly I would call him “mean” for the way he was acting. I’m unsure if it was the fact that I am young and a female.. But car dealerships already have a generally “bad rap” for how they deal with women.. Do better Trent. *** if it were not to have been for Chad Fischer, I would have left the dealership at that point with out the car, despite how much I liked it *** Chad was so awesome and respectful, honest, and kind, that I felt I could continue working with the Corwin Honda dealership. And once Chad knew I felt disrespected by the finance fellow, he took it seriously, apologized profusely (even though it wasn’t his fault) and he got someone else from the finance department to work with me, his name was Kalib Schwardt. Kalib was so sweet and very funny and ALSO gave off the vibe that he was honest (not just trying to make money off of me) and he was not pushy at all. He turned my experience with the finance department around completely. I will work with Corwin Honda again in the future and I will recommend my friends and family there— mainly because of the service I received from Chad and Kalib. They saved my experience and probably earned a great word of mouth clientele from me. More
