If it was Nissan’s initiative to make a more environment friendly product and they DIDN’T ANTICIPATE THE NEW PRODUCT TO DAMAGE SEALS; wouldn’t they be recalling the cars to fix this or promise their customers to replace the seals on their expense throughout the life of the vehicle because we were told by the service advisor who was working on Friday, June 24 that this is currently covered by our warranty but once the warranty expires , we have to pay out of pocket for this and it is about $500 to replace the seals. Are you able to provide me the contact information of the office who should we be contacting for this because this is totally unfair that it is happening; all we hoped when we bought this vehicle, paid 35K and bought platinum covergae for 8 years so we can stay stress free and are able to drive it comfortably but it is nothing like that.
