At Grande Prairie Nissan Service department is EXCEPTIONAL, they have NEVER FAILED ME!! From washing my truck to rotating my tires and making sure EVERY filter is clean and changed. Also from my lights to the operating system of talegates to doors! They absolutely 💯 go out of their way to MAKE SURE I am 1000 % looked after and HAPPY!! -Best $32,000 coffee I've ever had. Offered often, served politely. -Everything taken care of for me right down to the putting the plate on -Was able to fully test drive the vehicle Offered often, served politely. -Everything taken care of for me right down to the putting the plate on -Was able to fully test drive the vehicle and learn its features before buying -Great expert advice given while speaking with finance -At every step, any chance to convenience me was offered (driving me to registry, detailing vehicle, fixing small leather tear in seat, fixing small issue with stereo deck) Best of all, they threw in a free Jeep! I'll be making payments on the coffee for a while. Definitely an experience on par with renting out the entire Sky Bistro on top of Sulphur Mountain at the gondala in Banff, for a similar price! I really didn't expect a free Jeep as well! More

Would have to say one of the worst customer service experiences I've received ever! Bought a brand new vehicle in Feb 2019 and was back within couple months for a fix of air conditioner for not blowing experiences I've received ever! Bought a brand new vehicle in Feb 2019 and was back within couple months for a fix of air conditioner for not blowing cold air. This year, we were back again, for the same reason and on our first appointment, we were told that they couldn’t find anything and need to open the car ( didn’t have enough time to do it on our first appointment) so went back again today and still, couldn’t fix it and was told that the parts needs to be replaced, which are obviously on backorder (like always). We then, went to talk to the manager, he wasn’t very helpful either, but they can be super nice when they need to sell vehicles to you. Moreover, the issue we are experiencing is because Nissan is now using environment friendly refrigerant, which is very thin compared to what they were using in the past. So, when temperature drops, some line (not sure the part name he mentioned) shrinks and causes this leak; this is currently covered under warranty but once the warranty ends, we will have to pay out of pocket for this but this isn’t something that is or will be caused by us. JUST BECAUSE OF YOUR SERVICE, definitely not ever going to buy any nissan vehicle in my lifetime nor will ever refer this brand to anyone!!! The Service advisor was very arrogant (not steve); I would highly suggest going somewhere for your purchase if customer service is something you value! Also, they will hound you after your car purchase for a good review so they can brag about being “People’s Choice”, which in reality, they are not‼️‼️‼️ More
