The level of service with AutoFlex was great! The one thing I did not like is there wasn't an option offered to me, which I did not ask, to see and test drive the car I qualified for an bought, which was thing I did not like is there wasn't an option offered to me, which I did not ask, to see and test drive the car I qualified for an bought, which was located at the Arlington location. Basically, I blindly purchased the car, but that's on me not the dealer. I did my research before going and found that most cars were SEVERAL thousand dollars above Kelley Blue Book (KBB) value, which selling to those with low/no credit is somewhat justified, but luckily the car I qualified for was listed within a couple thousand of KBB. Although I was there for 3-4 hours dealing with qualifying, which was much longer than I wanted to be there, I put that more on lender than AutoFlex. I will probably go back when I'm ready for an upgrade. More
