Higher prices than any other dealer. Had my car for over a year. Did not fix the issues entirely. Kept damaging the vehicles paint during maintenance. Completely unable to contact the service department for any sor Did not fix the issues entirely. Kept damaging the vehicles paint during maintenance. Completely unable to contact the service department for any sort of update. By far the worst experience I've ever had with vehicle service. Vehicle still has issues that need to be fixed that were a part of why I brought it in. So, work was never full completed after over a year of maintenance, with no updates, constantly new damage. And I received essentially nothing in return. I have given up trying to work with the service department. Never will I ever bring this vehicle back to "make things right" because it WILL get damaged again and I cannot continue without having my car for another year. I use the car for Uber and was unable to work because I cannot use a loaner for work. By far the most terrible experience I've ever had. More

The sales experience and titling process were less than stellar. What helped was financing on my own. Not sure how I feel about the Grubb Tulsa service.
