Took great care of me. Benjamine got me all set from the time I drove into the garage. All of the services were completed in a professional manner and a follow up call by Benjamine got me all set from the time I drove into the garage. All of the services were completed in a professional manner and a follow up call by Marsha to be sure everything was good came the next day. The only thing is that I had to reset the service needed response in my car as it continued to pop up on my screen. Other than that, it was perfect! More

The computer screen on our new 2025 GV 70 would go dark for 20 to 30 seconds at totally random times. The car has less than 6000 miles and we needed it fixed. We were told it couldn't be fixed unless it ha for 20 to 30 seconds at totally random times. The car has less than 6000 miles and we needed it fixed. We were told it couldn't be fixed unless it happened while it was there in the shop. Again, it was completely random. So how was it going to be diagnosed if someone happened to be looking? Was diagnostic equipment going to be hooked up? NOPE. I guess they had to verify we were telling the truth. Fortunately, it happened during the service. Additionally, there was a tire low air alarm on the dash when I left. I had to service all 4 tires when I got home. Further, the oil was overfilled and there was not any antifreeze in the overflow tank. I was really hoping for a quality experience comparable to what I would get from Lexus or Acura. I shouldn't have to come home and follow up behind the mechanic. Please up your game. More

The actual service experience was good. The service was amazing. Antonio was professional and detailed. He rewashed your car because it had collected grass and dust due to mowing.
