I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment but it took 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. The long wait has happened several times before. I will make other arrangements for future oil changes. The day after the oil change, there was an oil spot on the concrete where the truck was parked. Evidently care was not taken to properly wipe the oil off after draining. More
