Sales - Trevor was very personable and we enjoyed working with him. Took the time to show us a couple vehicles and a couple of trim levels. Would work with him again any time. Finance - Got the hard sell from Brock and had to push back hard to avoid upcharges for extended warranties and other "add-ons". We also had to push back hard to get the price we were promised in the first place. Then we got guilt tripped by Brock and Ben ("I'm gonna sell you this car, but I'm losing $600") when they finally agreed to honor the price that was quoted. Overall - None of this was unexpected, I guess. It's a dealership and not Carvana. But definitely not an experience worthy of 5 stars. More

A absolute joke of a dealership! I bought a hummer from them that should of never been sold! After 3 weeks plus, they decided to give me my money back for the vehicle! The vehicle should have never been so them that should of never been sold! After 3 weeks plus, they decided to give me my money back for the vehicle! All they cared about was selling it and getting my money from the start, knowing they had not even checked out the vehicle before they sold it! Just recently purchased a 2017 Chevy Tahoe from Bob Rohrman Toyota in Lafayette. This was without a doubt the easiest most seamless car purchase I have ever made. Our salesperson, Trevor, was extreme Rohrman Toyota in Lafayette. This was without a doubt the easiest most seamless car purchase I have ever made. Our salesperson, Trevor, was extremely personable and answered all of my questions without any pressure sales tactics. Prior to settling on a price I had a few concerns about the vehicle including a chipped front windshield and two safety recalls that had yet to be performed. Between finalizing our deal on Thursday afternoon and picking up the Tahoe on Friday afternoon Trevor made sure to get the car over to the Chevy dealership to address the recalls while also arranging for the chip in the windshield to be sealed. Kudos to both Brock (finance) and Ben (manager) who assisted Trevor in getting us safely out the door in our 'new' Tahoe. I would highly recommend Bob Rohrman Toyota in Lafayette and especially Trevor who was extremely helpful throughout the process. More
