Car was brought in for warranty recalls (door latch recall was one of them). Door latch connector was broken during repair and not fixed or replaced and I never received a phone call asking if I would recall was one of them). Door latch connector was broken during repair and not fixed or replaced and I never received a phone call asking if I would like to have it fixed. The service report said the connector was broken already but the car never said the door was open prior to this "repair". When I picked the car up (afterhours on a Saturday) the car thought the door was open and would not turn off the dome light. This was draining the battery!!!! I had to remove the door panel and fix the issue the best way I could since the car was needed by my son who is in college. I have had decent experiences with Parkway up until this one and I was warned that things were going from good to bad at this dealership....now I know the facts. More
