Professional Dealership with friendly staff The dealership staff was very friendly and professional while dealing with my questions and concerns throughout the entire purchase process. My Sales The dealership staff was very friendly and professional while dealing with my questions and concerns throughout the entire purchase process. My Salesman, Trey Cary, looked over all available options and incentives to find the exact truck my wife and I wanted. He had a great sense of humor and was very patient as we considered our options prior to making our final selection. During the process, Brian Joyce, provided a detailed overview of the GMC truck options and worked directly with Trey to locate and provide all available factory incentives prior to the final purchase. Brian even gave my wife and I a Toy GMC truck to present to our grandchildren for Christmas prior to taking final delivery of our new GMC Sierra. The only glitch in the entire process was an application error in the purchased Zurich Shield Protectant that will be corrected by the dealership when their normal installer returns. My thanks to Joyce GMC for a great truck at a fair price and I will use this dealer for future transportation needs. More
