The salesman was great. We had the deal made on the first try. The process was excellent to this point. The price quoted on the internet was spot on, and the trade in value We had the deal made on the first try. The process was excellent to this point. The price quoted on the internet was spot on, and the trade in value was exactly what kbb quoted for my trade. All in less than 1 hour. Then began the wait. I set at a desk alone with no idea of what was taking so long. Then a short visit from finance. More waiting. Then a trip to finance to sell me a warranty which I declined right off. More sales talk. It was pushing 4:00 pm nearly 3 hours added to the 1 hour it took to make the deal. Only complaint is the time I sat doing nothing with no explanation as to why. More
