I can't thank Trinity enough for my experience and her assistance with buying out my lease. I started the day at Honda of Princeton that ended up being terrible. I then went to Honda of Bridgewater to get a second opinion and I can't tell you how happy and grateful I am that I did! Trinity answered every and all my questions professionally, charismatically, and most important, empathetically. She treated me like a human being instead of dollar signs and she did EVERYTHING she could to get me the best deal. From past experiences, I've learned to "watch out" for car dealers and dealerships as they would try to get one over on me. HOWEVER, from the very beginning Trinity made me feel safe, she explained everything in terms I could understand, and she never once made me feel like I had to have a guard up. In addition, the little things she did will also stick out - she had my car cleaned up for me, threw out the garbage that was in my car, even folded the jacket in my backseat! She truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND what other dealers have done and what I've come to expect. Do yourself a favor and when you walk into this dealership, ask for Trinity by name. You won't regret it.
