My family and I have purchased many vehicles over the years but this time it was different. Our sales person, Tristan Baeza, was the most incredible one yet! He was a very friendly, knowledgeable, and years but this time it was different. Our sales person, Tristan Baeza, was the most incredible one yet! He was a very friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful salesman. We NEVER felt pushed into a sale. He was very accommodating when we requested to see and drive various vehicles. I don’t usually write reviews on salespeople at car dealerships but he was amazing! The manager, Kevin, was wonderful along with finance- Ray! We felt like we’ve know Kevin for years. We also felt like we could “trust” this group. That means a lot to my family and I. This experience couldn’t have been better. Thank you Tristan, Kevin and Ray. More

The salesman, Tristan, was great and very helpful. However, I was very disappointed by the majority of staff not wearing their masks properly or not wearing them at all. There is a sign on the door saying masks are required but no one was enforcing it. There was a customer constantly walking by our table without a mask on and no one said anything to him, which isn’t surprising seeing as how the majority of the staff didn’t wear theirs either. The financing guy that came to our table had a mask on, but it barely covered his top lip. Very very disappointed with this and I would not recommend this dealership until after the pandemic is over. We also sat around for over an hour and a half waiting for the financing to be finished. The guy in barge of it came over once during that time and that was it. We were left sitting there wondering what was going on and bored and hungry out of our minds. More communication would have been appreciated, plus an offering of snacks or some kind of entertainment would help with the long wait. We were very frustrated that it took about 5 hours to buy a car. We were also frustrated with the hidden fees associated with buying the car. I was not prepared to spend an extra $1100 on a paint warranty and nitrogen for the tires that I had no choice but to get. That was the dealership’s choice to put that on the car, not mine. These fees should already be included in the price that is listed online. More

We have been so incredibly happy with Jairo and Shaun that we went from possibly leasing one Jeep Compass yesterday to making the decision that we should lease two Compasses today. Jairo and Shaun spent SO much of their own time making sure that we had ALL options for our dual purchase. Please do yourself a favor when looking for a vehicle and take the time to visit Greenway Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. You will NOT regret it! Thank you SO much! More
