Had the car in for an oil change and 2 items for some warranty work. Two weeks later they said it was ready. Went to get the car and the 2 warranty items were still incomplete. 2 weeks later the car i warranty work. Two weeks later they said it was ready. Went to get the car and the 2 warranty items were still incomplete. 2 weeks later the car is finally finished. When we dropped the car off at first, the one service advisor seemed inconvenienced that he had to check us in cause our service advisor wasn’t there. We were 30 minutes early for our appointment time. The only bright side of this was the loaner car they gave us to use and the advisor that was there when we picked up the car was really pleasant to deal with. If I realized the service dept was this difficult to deal with, I would’ve shopped somewhere else. More
