Tristan was a great salesman. Typically you expect a salesman to be quite pushing and talkative. Tristan was not. He listened was very thoughtful in his responses and didn't try to push anything. He had a Trumans knowledge of the entire process, but also each individual vehicle. Would definitely recommend him. More

I just completed a 38 hour round trip, and the "cup of coffee" warning light and sound came on an estimated 380 times during that time. Your team does not know why and says they cannot turn it off, chang coffee" warning light and sound came on an estimated 380 times during that time. Your team does not know why and says they cannot turn it off, change the frequency, or adjust the sensors on the car (I think the sensors need adjusting as you only have to get 10-12 inches from the center line or side line of the road to trigger a "warning" - that means you only have 2 or 3 feet of leeway on most roads). In any case, this is very distracting and only reduces the intent of the warning system as you tend to ignore it when it comes on that often. I am debating on returning the car, selling it, or contacting a lawyer to resolve this totally demeaning and frustrating situation that nobody can do anything about. More
