Today I had a routine oil and filter change and also had the tires rotated and front end alignment based on the recommendation by Troy Appleby. I mentioned to Troy that I had a limited time availability to get all the work completed and the Service Tech's did an exceptional job in meeting my requirements. Troy Appleby took the time to answer all my questions and provided a summary of the maintenance work completed. I am completely satisfied and would recommend Molye Chevrolet to family and friends. The best car purchase experience I've had. I dread car shopping and dealerships in general but at Molye Chevrolet my experience there was wonderful. DJ Wilson made the whole process smooth and I dread car shopping and dealerships in general but at Molye Chevrolet my experience there was wonderful. Great Customer Service Over the past 4 years I have had nothing but a positive experience with the service department at Molye. I take my minivan there for all services and repairs. Most of my interactions are with Troy, but everyone I have dealt with is always courteous, helpful and accommodating. Troy takes the time to answer any and all questions, and explains everything that has been done, or may need to be done. He has even informed me when things were under warranty that I didn't know about. They are good about trying to save you money when they can, while maintaining excellent service. I would highly recommend this service department to anyone looking for an honest, reliable, and reputable place to have work done on their vehicle. More
