Great management staff, bad interaction with Corey Khun During my recent purchase at this dealership, I had a somewhat pleasant experience due to the help of Greg Breaux and Troy Folse, they were extremely During my recent purchase at this dealership, I had a somewhat pleasant experience due to the help of Greg Breaux and Troy Folse, they were extremely helpful and went out of there way to get everything I needed. Prior to their interaction I dealt with Corey Khun, a service consultant. Since I am located out of the state, I communicated with him over the phone for a vehicle that I was interested in. After some negotiations on price, Corey was very hesitate to help in anyway with the price or trade-in value. During a phone call, he told me that I could “twist [his] arm” all I wanted too but he wasn't going to do anything. Even after I told him that I was going to wait for the car to either go to auction or have the price lowered, he grunted a rude sigh of frustration and hung up. So much for Southern hospitality, however, with the help of Greg Breaux he was able accessed my vehicle and give me a great price on my trade-in, he made a big difference in the purchase. Likewise, Troy Folse was friendly and even showed me the truck through Facetime since I was not able to see it in person. If it weren’t for the help given by Troy and Greg, I would not of purchased my new vehicle. More
