The best car buying experience I’ve ever had! Chris Lovell was one of the nicest persons I’ve ever met anywhere, much less at a car dealership! It was very refreshing dealing with a salesman that answered all my questions and didn’t put an ounce of pressure on me to buy the car. And when I changed my mind to change from the red color to the gray color two days later, he said “not a problem Mr. Ross”. Also, the finance manager, Troy Folse, was a pleasure to work with as well. He explained the different options on the extended warranty plans clearly and sold me on the benefits. And for a final touch of class, Greg LeBlanc himself came over and introduced himself and thanked me personally! Just an impressive act that will bring me back and refer people to this dealership.
