I scheduled a time and place convenient for me, they brought a loaner at Parks Lincoln of Tampa. Having my car serviced was an effortless experience! I scheduled a time and place convenient for me, they brought a loaner vehicle and they picked up my car. I received a text message to confirm the appointment, reminders, a text message when the driver was on his way and when he arrived, when the service was complete, they kept me informed all the time. Troy Ruthruff at the service department was very helpful and professional. I am very impressed. I am enjoying my Lincoln Aviator. The Service department brings the experience to a brand new level!
