Diesel truck repair. Bought certified diesel truck Our diesel truck broke down on the interstate and we were towed to Hawkins in Fairmont. We experienced great customer care from Jerry Bulfer, Josh Wa Our diesel truck broke down on the interstate and we were towed to Hawkins in Fairmont. We experienced great customer care from Jerry Bulfer, Josh Walker to the mechanics who greatly enjoyed the mechanical puzzle of our truck. Jerry kept us informed of the progress and problems of our truck while we waited for parts. The use of a loaner vehicle was a life saver-thanks again! In retrospect we felt lucky to break down and be near Fairmont with our diesel truck. We sure appreciate the service and parts department customer service care we received. In addition we purchased a certified diesel truck from Troy Sunken. Thanks Troy for your extra effort in dealing with our trade in and purchase of our used truck as we were from out of state! We again felt that we were well taken care of by Troy Sunken. Also thanks to Tabitha Blicknase and crew for the support of the paperwork getting through snail mail in fine shape. I had an idea of what I wanted, and the sales staff helped me find the best car for our families needs, at a price that was best suited for us. Troy went over all the aspects of my new car with me. He took the time to hep me get my Onstar set up and download the onstar app onto my phone, above and beyond. No matter the department the staff at Hawkins has never made me feel like "just a silly girl, with minimal car knowledge". More
