We first started getting interested in purchasing an Equinox when we saw one at the Auto Show in Mpls. in March of this year. Next we started checking out dealerships in the area. Troy was most helpful in answering our questions about the vehicle's performance, features and price. We were also impressed with the way Hawkins was willing to go the extra mile for their customers in regard to service, etc. We would like to thank Troy for the personal attention he gave us. He spent over an hour explaining all the features that our new Equinox has. He even connected our cell phones to the vehicle. Plus he said to call him anytime if we couldn't figure something out:) We are enjoying our new vehicle and are gradually getting familiar with everything that it has to offer. Love It! More

It worked out on a Saturday to just drop in, even knowing he would not be there. The other salesman welcomed us and showed us an Equinox that we were interested in. And gave us a quote on our trade in. Troy Sunken called us on Monday. We visited and Troy Sunken went to work and found us an Equinox that we liked, from there we closed the deal! More

Troy made it easy for me. What was nice I was coming from about a two and a half hour drive and he had the car all cleaned and sitting waiting for a test drive when I got there.
