Troy made it easy for me. What was nice I was coming from about a two and a half hour drive and he had the car all cleaned and sitting waiting for a test drive when I got there. Had if not been for Troy Sunken calling me about the new lease offer and rebate that was to expire in 2 days I would have lost out on a great deal on my new 2014 Chevy Cruze. I had a 2007 Chevy Tahoe that I wanted to trade in because it had a lot of miles on it. I searched online not really knowing what kind of vehicle I wanted to trade it in for or what dealership I want because it had a lot of miles on it. I searched online not really knowing what kind of vehicle I wanted to trade it in for or what dealership I wanted to work with. I found a 2011 GMC Acadia that was a certified pre-owned vehicle at Hawkins Chevrolet so I called Troy Sunken to schedule a test drive. It was really cold that day and Troy had the Acadia warmed up and ready to go by the time I got there. I was hesitant about buying an Acadia because I was used to the size of my Tahoe, but Troy told me his wife had an Acadia and that their family fit in it comfortably. I felt like Troy was honest and trustworthy and not pushy like other sales people at other dealerships that I've been to. Tabitha Bicknase was also wonderful to work with. She had all the paperwork ready to go and had me in and out of her office in no time. I really enjoy my Acadia and I feel like I was given a fair trade for my Tahoe and I would recommend Hawkins Chevrolet to anyone. More
