I’ve run into an issue with the vehicle registration and licensing, and I’m getting the run-around. Long story short, I’ve been charged the $571 that I’m supposed to be exempt from paying because I’m a disa licensing, and I’m getting the run-around. I came in the dealership knowing what I already wanted. They showed me the inventory and compared other vehicles and options. I decided to go with a vehicle that was in transit. Kaden showed me the options of the vehicle and what to expect when it came in. The vehicle arrived at the dealership when I was told it would. We went over all the options again. Kaden showed me around the dealership, set up my first service appointment and spoke with a delivery specialist about the features on my vehicle. I have another appointment in 2 weeks to make sure I know how to use the options. Maybe I won’t need it but still, they have people to ask any question after the sale. I’ve never purchased a new vehicle where there’s been any follow up let alone appointments to make sure you’re happy with your purchase. More
