I was pending a deal with another dealer and due to my impatience decided to shop around just to confirm I'm getting the best deal possible. I was asking for a deal on two cars, one was a straightforward deal and the other had some negative equity involved. I did not expect to close a deal on the second car with negative equity but decided to try my luck. This is where my interaction with Tux began. I told him what I wanted and that I understand I'm asking for a lot by asking him to eat my equity on my existing car. I also told him I'm pending a deal with another dealership on one car and was heading over there in the next hour. Tux told me to stop by and even told me to bring my current vehicle and he can make something happen. Right off the bat he told me he can't do anything and the other dealer is "blowing sunshine up my xxx". BUT if I can get a picture showing proof they are willing to give me the number I want, he will give me an extra $1000 off on top of matching the price just because how much he personally despises the manager over there and wants to steal his sale. His maturity and professionalism immediately showed. By the end of all of this I decided to go with the other dealer. The process was smoother, I got the deal I wanted on both cars, and they were just nicer. Tux was so sweet just to call me and tell me some rude words before hanging up on me. By far the worst dealer and salesman BY FAR. Even better, Tux found my post on a local Infiniti group and decided to reply to it calling me a liar. More

Fantastic sales experience; first class dealership! He was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly, giving off a great first impression. After that I decided to set up an appointment to drive the car in person, and Tux was easy-going and didn't put any pressure on the test drive. I ended up purchasing a Q50, and Tux went above and beyond to ensure the transaction went seamlessly. I've bought a lot of cars, and honestly Tux is a best-in-class salesman that genuinely cares about his clients and goes the extra mile in each step of the process. The finance department was also a great experience, as the process was handled quickly and efficiently. The amenities (café, charging stations, putting green) are fantastic, and paired with the quality of staff this dealership is by far one of the best I've dealt with. I'd highly recommend working with them. More

The friendliest dealership and customer service driven I looked online at Crest INFINITI and found exactly the QX80 we wanted. Tux Browning called me to see if I had any questions or would like to set up I looked online at Crest INFINITI and found exactly the QX80 we wanted. Tux Browning called me to see if I had any questions or would like to set up a test drive. He had two cars waiting on us to see and drive. This was the coolest dealership I've ever had the pleasure of doing busIness with. They were customer service driven and accommodated our every need., including buying our lunch in the dealership cafe. They gave us exactly what we expected on our trade-in and made us feel like we are a part of the Crest dealership family. Awesome experience that I would recommend to anyone shopping for an elegant yet affordable vehicle. Our QX80 is probably the sweetest ride we have ever purchased in my 60 years! We will definitely do business there again and will tell all of our friends and family. Great job Tux! More

I encountered no pressure, just a willingness to work with me, walking me through all of the details of the lease process. He pretty much went the extra mile and then some to tailor the different components of the lease to fit my situation. He was very knowledgeable and professional and made the test drive not only productive but entertaining as well. His focus was on me, not on simply moving a car. I appreciated that and recommend him to anyone looking for a car purchase or lease. More

Service Department is the worse The sales experience was great, Tux is the benchmark for a sales rep. The service department was the worse experience I ever had in 20 years as a car The sales experience was great, Tux is the benchmark for a sales rep. The service department was the worse experience I ever had in 20 years as a car owner; A few examples: - They crashed the rear of my SUV inside their garage during a maintenance visit. - On another visit, I was promised the car would be ready on the same day and that was important because I would be on a business trip for a few days; called for a status and they said the car would only be ready next day and I would have to pay for the loaner if I didn't returned it then. - The moonroof had rattle and it took 3 visits for them to fix it - The rear suspension had a weird noise, they asked me to leave the car for it to get fixed and when I got their they told me the part was out of stock; I live 45 min from the dealer each way; More
