Happy with the amount of time it took to complete purchase of my car. Salesman overpromised some but I still feel like I was taken care of and got a decent price. Service department is VERY difficul purchase of my car. Salesman overpromised some but I still feel like I was taken care of and got a decent price. Service department is VERY difficult to reach though, especially on weekends (or busy times). I was on hold for over 25 min and then told they could call back or I could call early in the morning when they weren't so busy. I wish they would have one or two designated service people who handle and then disperse all the calls. It would free up the other service people and get calls handled faster (I think it would anyway!). Other than that, I was and still am happy with Jenkins Nissan! More
