I find buying a new car very stressful and Mr experience at Ed Martin Toyota was stressful. Ty was a very helpful salesman and I love my new RAV4. His instruction about it were excellent. I left the deal at Ed Martin Toyota was stressful. Ty was a very helpful salesman and I love my new RAV4. His instruction about it were excellent. I left the dealership feeling like I did not get a fair deal - not enough for my trade in and too much for the new car. But I was tired because I had to wait in the lounge for over three hours before I was waited on by Ty. But I am more than satisfied with the car. More

I was very pleased with the Ed Martin dealership especially my car salesman Ty. There was no pressure. This was the first time I purchased a car since I lost my husband and was nervous making a l especially my car salesman Ty. There was no pressure. This was the first time I purchased a car since I lost my husband and was nervous making a large purchase on my own but he is such a kind trusting and knowledgeable sales person making the purchase so much easier and helped me find the right car. The dealership itself is state of the art and equipped with a huge selection of cars. The service department is a place you actually wouldn't mind hanging out while your car is being serviced. I love my new car and I enjoyed the entire experience. More
