Gallatin Ford sold me my dream truck a week ago, and the #1 reason was Fedy! They are lucky to have a such a special salesman on their team. From the moment I started working with him, I knew I could trust #1 reason was Fedy! They are lucky to have a such a special salesman on their team. From the moment I started working with him, I knew I could trust Fedy. He came with a CarFax report in hand, a pre-purchase inspection, and was honest about they knew (and also didn’t know.) He recognized I knew a thing or two about trucks and appreciated I wanted a reliable vehicle for a fair price. Fedy provided me with the information I needed to make an informed decision, and that decision was leaving the dealership in that truck. The customer services didn’t stop with Fedy either. The Sales and Finance Managers on duty were also top tier with their processes, fairness and friendly service. I would recommend Gallatin Ford to anyone looking to buy a car. More
