I made an appointment and was advised I should hear something back within 3 hours. I never heard anything back. No phone call No text with 9 hours. Advisor should at least called and advised mechanics something back within 3 hours. I never heard anything back. No phone call No text with 9 hours. Advisor should at least called and advised mechanics haven't gotten a chance to look over vehicle that way I could have made plans to come back and pick up car or find another way to work instead of scrambling at last minute . Once mechanic look over, I still didnt get a formal call to decide what services is recommended to do first since it was a big job... I just decided to pick up vehicle. It may be a while before I bring my vehicle back due to the unprofessionalism and bad communication More

Tyler is a wonderful service representative. He always takes good care of me and my vehicle. Coyle dealership and the parts department need to improve their communication. On two separate visits He always takes good care of me and my vehicle. Coyle dealership and the parts department need to improve their communication. On two separate visits to the dealership I brought my truck in for recall problem. Both times I was told the parts department had my part but when I arrived they did not have the right part. I have to take time off from work when I schedule this so I am very disappointed in Coyle for not keeping track of the parts they have on hand. Also in both instances and these were on two different recalls. I called the parts department prior to bringing in my truck and I was told they had the part. More
