Hello, I dropped my car off on 2/18 because it was overheating. The check engine light was NOT on and had never been on. I was told that there were failures in the 1st and 2nd header and they needed t overheating. The check engine light was NOT on and had never been on. I was told that there were failures in the 1st and 2nd header and they needed to be replaced. My car was at Honda Corwin being 'worked on' until yesterday (3/24). During the time my vehicle was in their shop the service advisor I was working with (Keenan) transferred to a different location. My paperwork was then handed to another service advisor named Justin. Justin told me that he didn't know anything about my car or what was going on with it and that he was not getting paid for dealing with it, he was just doing the paperwork. Is that the quality of service you expect from your service advisors? He did not make any attempt to ask questions or figure anything out. He had an 'I don't care, I'm not getting paid for this' attitude every conversation we had and told me to reach out to Keenan with any questions, even though he knew Keenan was no longer at the Honda location. I paid $2500 yesterday to pick my car up and less than 24 hours later my car is shaking like the engine is rumbling, the check engine light is on as well as several other lights. When I called back in to the dealership, I asked to speak to the manager of the service department and was transferred to scheduling. Scheduling then transferred me to the voicemail of someone named AJ who is no longer in the service manager role. When I called back the operators told me there is NO manager there after 4 PM, muted the phones and left me sitting in silence instead of helping me. Is that how you train your operators, the first people to talk to your customers? I believe that Kenton (Kenny), who worked on my car and Justin knew that there were still issues with it, cleared the check engine and other lights off, took my money and let me drive away knowing that it was not fixed. I am a single mother with 3 children. I told Justin that I wanted everything on this car fixed because I have a child that will start driving next year and I do not want any issues with it. He did not care. I trusted Corwin with my time, my vehicle and my money and you failed. All the way from the customer service I received from Justin, your phone operators, the service manager who never called me to the work that was done by Kenny. You had my vehicle for over a month and I expected it to be perfect. My daughter's birthday party is tomorrow and now this? Something needs to be done immediately to rectify this situation. More
