We have bought many new cars from our dealership, but we have only bought one used in the past 15 years or more from an outside business. So our trip to the Heartland Chevrolet dealership, to buy our son's have only bought one used in the past 15 years or more from an outside business. So our trip to the Heartland Chevrolet dealership, to buy our son's used car, was expected to be unflattering. We met Tyler at the door, and found that he was so engaging and professional that he could have been a relative. Though he was experienced in car sales, he carried a more "family person" type of character. He was so relational. As a minority, it made us feel well taken care of. We also met Jeff in the finance department. He was really great, and knew how to put a good package together. My son got a great used car. The process was so encouraging because we kept hitting minor bumps, but they kept rooting for us in doing everything they could to help us walk away with the car we chose. The most impressive compliment about this dealership is that we never felt that sour feeling in our stomachs about the total price, because we were not overcharged with crazy fees and padding added to our loan. It really was a reasonable deal, which made it sweet. I would recomment Heartland Chevrolet to anyone looking to buy a car. They are geniune and experts at what they do. Their specialty is to leave you with a smile. More
