A little miscommunication in negotiation. In the context of required maintenance that we spoke about with the next oil change would be at 21k, I negotiated that as part of the deal. When I asked for it in writing, Tyler said it was just an oil change as opposed to the full 21k maintenance. I insisted that if the only maintenance was in 21k, then there was no oil change to speak about. And our discussion was in context to the required maintenance. He then agreed. Taylor gave me lessons on all of the digital aspects of the car. She gets high marks and is invaluable to the dealership. More
