Took my truck back there for the second time for the same reason (excessive oil limit)… The service center done a great job. My only complaint is that I had to go two days without my truck because they do no reason (excessive oil limit)… The service center done a great job. My only complaint is that I had to go two days without my truck because they do not provide you rentals or anything to replace your means of transportation while they are asking to keep you vehicle. In today’s society, where both household members need to work. It makes it very difficult to navigate with only one vehicle.. you would think a dealership of that magnitude with that kind of money couldn’t at least provide you some form of transportation to replace your car that they needed to keep for two days only to perform the same fix that they did the last time you had it in there and they still don’t know what’s going on with the alarm. Service does a great job, but this dealership refused to help me cancel a service contract on a car I traded in. Buckeye Superstore was kind enough to spend the 5 minutes with me to help. Purchased my first and last vehicle from this dealership. This place is nothing by but miscommunication and passing the buck. Purchased my vehicle with it covered in dog hair and dirt on the floor boards and a stain on the headrest of a seat and was told “our detailers are old and don’t have good attention to detail”. Also was told that the tint on my window was going to be fixed after detailers tore the tint on my window taking off the window sticker and was told by the salesman I purchased the car from that the GM themselves said that it would be fixed by them due to their detailers messing up but then to be told ALL the tint gets removed cause their own in house tint guy I guess only does removal and not install? Even the manager I dealt with said not my problem we did what we can we’re done trying to help you out further. Best part I still have flakes of tint on my windows so guess they don’t do removal either. More

Parker was great, some other employees seemed to lack transparency and had the very generic salesman personality of overselling extra things and treating the customer like they’re making the wrong decisi transparency and had the very generic salesman personality of overselling extra things and treating the customer like they’re making the wrong decision if they don’t pay more for extra additions that obviously turn massive profit margins for the dealership. Used 4Runner seems great for the most part, trunk window (which I’ll never use) was totally broken internally which was not disclosed in any fashion but that’s atleast 50% on me. That took some time to fix right after buying. Go there if ya need, nothing special but nothing necessarily nefarious. Car buying is a greasy business no matter where you’re at. Just check every last thing you can think of before assuming transparency. More
