Pleased with the car, pleased with my salesman, and pleased with the manager ,Mr Witucki. The lady in the finance office....not so much. I realize her job is to try and sell me a warranty. It is obvious she gets a commission on these because I told her no THREE times before she quit trying to sell me something. I nore, anyone else likes feeling like their being pressured into buying something. I did not feel that way with my salesman, and you shouldn't have to feel that way in the finance office either. Nice people as they always are. Got a seemingly good deal on the car however they didn’t offer any warranty included in the sale. Not even a 30 day or something like it. Thought that was kinda bogus, waited on the car however they didn’t offer any warranty included in the sale. Not even a 30 day or something like it. Thought that was kinda bogus, waited and hour and 10 minutes to all to the manager and he was abrupt and honestly kinda rude but other than that it was a good experience More

Special ordered my first brand new car. But when it was time to pick up they sold it to someone else. Bad experience with Rusty Wallace KIA. They ordered again which meant we waited another 2 months for i time to pick up they sold it to someone else. Bad experience with Rusty Wallace KIA. They ordered again which meant we waited another 2 months for it to come in. We had great customer service after the first one was sold from under us. Brandon Chaffins did everything he could to make it right. As far as the original sales team members Gary King and Will Witucki they made promises that were never kept! We appreciate round two and we really like the vehicle we got. More
