We have bought a total of 5 cars from here & will NEVER go there again. Myvwife brought our 2012 Soul in to see whybthe check engine light was on. They took it back, came back & told my wife that she needs go there again. Myvwife brought our 2012 Soul in to see whybthe check engine light was on. They took it back, came back & told my wife that she needs a new engine. Then immediately sent a shark in from sales to try to tak advantage of her. Brought the car elsewhere & found out was a catalytic converter issue. This was a blatant taking advantage of what was a great customer. I assure you that I will NEVER suggestvthat anyone visit the Rusty Wallace Kia on Alcoa Hwy. Very unprofessional & unacceptable to take advantage of customers like that. Multiple customers have been lost. More
