Kept giving me run around on my trade in I ended up just taking $1000 for it because I didn’t have time to argue… then there were no floor mats in the truck and no one could get me any… I did not make a hug taking $1000 for it because I didn’t have time to argue… then there were no floor mats in the truck and no one could get me any… I did not make a huge fuss because again I only had one day to buy a vehicle…the truck they showed me that I wanted was not on the website so I had no clue the price until I was told… I asked about the vehicle being overpriced when I checked others online but was told it was reasonable… after further investigation afterwards it was extremely overpriced… then they added a bunch of warranty and wheel and tire stuff and lied and said I had to have it because the bank said… which I found out is a lie and is a big car sales scam… overall very poor by the dealership… I bought one this time but never again… and I will only tell people I know where not to go to buy a car!!! More

2 days after buying the truck the salesman won’t text me back after I asked him a question. Truck was also posted online for a specific price and I asked the salesman through text before driving to Pryor if back after I asked him a question. When I showed up to buy the truck the dealership(I don’t know who made this silly decision) tried to go back on that and charge more than the advertised price saying I had to do XYZ to get that price. The whole good cop bad cop thing between the salesman and the sales manager was ridiculous too, I was ready to leave without making a purchase. Wild thought that I can spend 60k and not get an answer about setting up the satellite radio. It ended up being a good deal on the truck but mediocre service. Rick in finance was the standout, he was great to deal with. More
