Professional and courteous service in purchasing a preowned Ram 1500. Out of state purchase: Kevin Phenix (sales) and Tyler Mildenberger (finance) made it happen. Minor ding before delivery was handle preowned Ram 1500. Out of state purchase: Kevin Phenix (sales) and Tyler Mildenberger (finance) made it happen. Minor ding before delivery was handled to my satisfaction thanks to Kevin. Tyler and Seth were accommodating with finance goals and closed the deal. Only area for improvement is QA of certified preowned checklist. Only partially filled out/not completed. 10/10 would recommend my friends and family. More
