He understood we already knew what we were looking for and wasn't pushy and didn't try to show us other cars. Honestly didn't expect to buy the car that night but I drove it home that night! The lifetime powertrain warranty and their customer service really sold me on buying the car from Tameron Honda. I'm in love with my IS250 F-sport ! Jack was so positive and knew he was able to help. I came over the following Monday after a long day of work and Caterry was waiting on me at the door. Caterry gave me VIP service. He left nothing unturned and made sure I knew every aspect of the vehicle. Everyone was definitely on my side and I felt like they wanted me to be there. We then go inside to work numbers and Tyler comes in the picture. Again, flawless service. Then back to Elliott to finish up the paperwork and everything was so simple. We felt Rick left no stones unturned in the test drive and review of the car. Terry took the time to make sure we understood all aspects of the new CRV. We highly recommend both salesmen. Never felt pressured by them or Tyler Otis and we are happy with our car. This is our second purchase at Tameron and will return if we live long enough to buy another. I spoke to Tyler at this dealership and told him what I had already looked at and what I could afford and what I wanted and he completely delivered! I was in shock and amazed at how efficient these guys were. My salesman was Dylan Vines, a young, ambitious lover of classic rock music, which I was delighted to work with. Tyler, Dylan and Elliott made it possible for me to have the car of my dreams at a price I can afford, I cannot thank them enough! If you want a Honda, this is the place to go. I don't know how Tyler did it, but he kept his promise to me that if I drove from Pensacola to Daphne, Al, he would make it worth my while, and it happened. These guys rock! Do not even hesitate to go see the wonderful people at this dealership. More
