Had the best first-time buyer experience! ! Rashad was extremely professional and made the entire process a breeze. Once I told him my price range, he didn't hesitate to tell me my options. He ! He was understanding in that I was simply there to know my options and did not pressure me to try and leave the dealership in a car that same day. While I did look at other cars elsewhere that day, the attentiveness and knowledge Rashad gave was hands down the best! My mom, who was with me during the process, is already thinking about going back to upgrade her KIA FORTE and it was all because of the way Rashad helped us! More
