I liked that Tyler was a chill guy to work with. He divulged up front that he was new so I was prepared for him to not to know all of the information on a non-Honda vehicle. He was however, very knowledgeable on the sales process which I appreciated. He kept in touch on the front end of the process, not so much on the back end when I had questions, which is why I couldn’t give him a 5-star rating. I don’t know that anyone can ever be happy with the price they pay for a vehicle, but I am happy with the vehicle itself. Thanks guys. More
